Thank you for shopping with Cover Co! We take pride in providing high-quality custom car covers tailored to fit your vehicle perfectly. Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific refund policy in place:

Custom-Made Products

All our car covers are made to order, specifically tailored for each customer’s vehicle make and model. Because of this customization, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the exceptions outlined below.

Exceptions

  1. Damaged Items: If your car cover arrives damaged, please contact us at Cover Masters within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damage and the packaging for our records. Damages must be due to external factors unrelated to the customer (e.g., shipping issues).

  2. Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

Refund Process

If your situation qualifies for a refund or replacement, we will process it promptly after verifying the details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
